Founded by Elliot Vale in 1987, the company was built on one principle: handle the aftermath so others can move forward. Before starting the business, Elliot spent years working rural wildlife-incident contracts across three counties—the kind of work that doesn't show up on a résumé, but teaches you things a standard cleaning certification never will.
He can tell a struggle pattern from a staged scene at a glance. He knows which nights of the month tend to bring more calls, and plans staffing around it without ever saying why out loud. Clients notice he doesn't flinch, doesn't ask the questions everyone else would, and always seems to already know what he's walking into before he opens the door.
